PHIL 218

"This is a great class if you want to get used to reading wacky metaphysical theories from the 1600s (which I did). If English is your second language, however, you may struggle in this class because the readings are very weird and the professor (while lovely) definitely expects a very high baseline level of fluency with the language."
PHIL 335

"Professor Leydon-Hardy is incredible, and epistemology is fascinating. The readings are well curated and very interesting. I loved annotating the readings with my classmates on Perusall -- I think that's a great way to engage with dense philosophy essays for undergraduates. And I sincerely looked forward to attending this class every week. My only gripe is that Prof. Leydon-Hardy only assigns in-class writing in order to combat the use of AI, which I understand, but I wish I could have had the opportunity to develop my philosophical writing skills in this class through formal essays.
