"Everyone should take a class with Manuela. She is incredibly smart, accessible, and cares about real-world implications to how she teaches. She isn’t afraid to speak plainly. Some assignments like the collaborative essay were frustrating but she cares a lot about classroom collaboration and hearing everyone’s voice. She’s a generous teacher."
