Raina Uhden

"I've had Professor Uhden for 2 semesters, in French 101 and French 103, and I can't recommend her class highly enough for learning French. She uses a flipped classroom style which is not everyone's cup of tea, but I think it is highly conducive to accelerated language learning. She assigns a lot of work per week so that we are practicing speaking and writing at an adequate level, but she is a very fair grader and it is not difficult to get an A in the class if you do all of the work.
